I have a varied background in nursing, homeopathy, coaching, acting in the theatre and television, studying interior and garden design. Coming into counselling later in life, I'm able to draw on the skills I've developed and experiences I've had to help others deal with the difficulties and problems of human existence. I am passionate about helping my clients to live a happy, fulfilling life, comfortable in their body and spirit and at ease communicating this to others.
I am a qualified integrative counsellor and have experience working with a wide range of issues with a particular interest in counselling terminally ill patients and their families, as well as clients with eating disorders, communication difficulties and relationship problems. I work face to face, either short-term or long-term. I'm a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and adhere to their Code of Practice. Fee per 50 minute session: £40.
