We are a group of fully qualified and experienced counsellors working individually, providing a confidential, safe and supportive environment for clients to talk through difficulties face to face. Our aim is to make it possible for clients to live life more fully, and to be at ease with themselves and others.

We have extensive experience of counselling on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress and relationships difficulties. We also have our own particular areas of interest and expertise. We work from rooms in East Oxford, Headington and Abingdon.

In addition to one-to-one counselling, we run workshops for the public and for local organisations including the University of Oxford and Oxford University Hospitals Trust (OUH).

We are currently offering:

A six-session Mindfulness course starting on 9 May, 2017 in a garden room in East Oxford

An eight-session Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course starting on 7 October, 2017 at St Ethelwold’s House in Abingdon
