We are a group of experienced counsellors who practise individually, providing a safe and supportive place for clients to talk through problems face to face. Our aim is to make it possible for clients to live life more fully, and to be at ease with themselves and others.
We are accustomed to counselling on a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, stress and difficulties in relationships and work – we also have our own particular areas of interest and expertise.
We work from rooms in East Oxford, Headington and Abingdon.
Mindfulness and other workshops
In addition to one-to-one counselling, we run workshops for the public and for local organisations e.g. the University of Oxford and Oxford University Hospitals Trust (OUH).
We are currently offering:
An eight-session Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) course starting on 1 October at St Ethelwold’s House in Abingdon
And a six-session Mindfulness course at OUH for Trust staff and MedSci staff and students, starting 1 November.
